2. How to spa Chessgrove Style
We want you to relax and unwind from the very moment you enter the intimate world of Chessgrove Day Spa.
To help ease you into your spa day, you will be invited into the Lounge for a complimentary drink.
A member of the Chessgrove team will take care of you and talk you through your day, ensuring you're aware of the times of your treatments and answering any questions you might have.
You'll then be given a tour of our facilities so you can familiarize yourself with the layout of the spa and get to know how everything works.
Now it's time to sit back, settle in, get changed into your cosy Chessgrove robe and use the luxurious spa facilities at your own leisure...absolute bliss!
3. What to wear
A freshly laundered complimentary Chessgrove robe and fluffy Chessgrove towel will be provided in your locker. Shower products and shampoo are available but you may want to bring along your favourite hair products and conditioner.
We would recommend that you remove any jewellery during your visit to the spa. Please leave any valuables at home or locked safely within your locker.
If you are having treatments during your spa day, for your own comfort and enjoyment, please wear your robe with dry swimwear or underwear underneath. Disposable underwear is available, please ask your therapist prior to your treatment.

- Please shower before using the Pools and Thermal Suite
- Please switch off your mobile phone
- Smoking is not permitted on spa premises
- Chessgrove Day Spa is open to individuals over the age of 18 years only
